all staff have been very courteous very helpful and done everything possible to meet all our needs. With a special mention to Helen for going that extra mile. Especially for our last minute request for a week in Ibiza.

All the staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone is always courteous and polite. The suggestions given to me for my holidays have all been well received. And knowing if I am unhappy with the Resort, Timelinx will do everything they can to solve the problem, is outstanding. In an era where customer service seems to be dying, Timelinx has reassured me that (The Customer is not forgotten). The Robinson family would like to extend a hearty thanks to all!. I only use a digital camera so I’ve emailed you some.
