Any problems encountered prior to, or during the holiday are instantly rectified by the staff at Lanzarote, we only holiday in Lanzarote because the staff are so friendly, approachable and keep us informed of various places to visit etc. We visit the staff whilst on holiday and keep in touch when we return home. It’s like having a second family, car hire, good restaurants, and reasonable air flights. There are not enough words to describe our satisfaction by being members of Holiday Flex. We would recommend Holiday Flex to anybody. As an added rider a certificate of excellence should be presented to the staff at Lanzarote.
