At Timelinx we know that holiday trends change on an annual
basis, so every year, in October, we survey our membership
databases. The purpose of this survey is to ask our members
where they want to visit in the following year, this information
is then collated and analysed, the results are then used to
guide our Contracting Department in purchasing availability
for the various memberships' use. This always keeps us at
the cutting edge of holiday trends.
We also ask our members what they think of our services, this
gives us valuable feedback and enables us to constantly improve
our products and services, the following pages are a cross
section of that feedback.
We also
receive hundreds of postcards
and e-mails
from our members every week.
