Subject: David Barrett-Holiday Enquiry &Note
Hi Kerry,
As discussed, below a short note about the accommodation and resort
at Bodrum, Turkey. Could you please reply today if possible with an
answer about the weekís holiday in Tenerife (11th-18th October)
that I mentioned, and also with the new phone number for Dinistia.
Just a short note about our family holiday at Club Mab, Bodrum, Turkey.
We had a wonderful time and the staff at the Club Mab were very helpful.
The apartments are set in a lovely position overlooking Yashi (about
7-8 miles from Bodrum centre) and the views from the Pool/apartments
are stunning. At first we thought that this might be a problem but
once we got our bearings we found that this was in fact a godsend.
There is a bus service every half-hour going to Yaashi, Bitez, Gumbet
and bodrum. We spent most days in the apartment complex and by the
pool, or going on the many trips that can be booked in Yashi itself,
and in the evenings there was plenty of choices for things to do.
Yashi beach (10 Minutes walk away) is small but pleasant resort with
plenty of restaurants. Bitez is 5 minute Taxi ride away and this resort
has some extremely nice restaurants, shops and lovely beach. Just
a 10 minute Taxi ride is the 24 hour resort of Gumbet with its bustling
bars and restaurants and a further 5 minutes away is the main town
of Bodrum. All in all the Club Mab resort has the perfect mixture
of scenery, good food nightlife and its all extremely inexpensive.
I would like to thank Kerry at timelinx foe her advice and help in
booking this holiday, and am looking forward to booking again. Regards,
David Barrett. Sale Manchester |

Subject: Villas
Hello Sally,
It is now 2 days since our return from Portugal and we would like
to offer some feedback. The Villa was really nice, well situated and
as stated offered privacy because of the setback from the street.
We encountered a problem on arrival, we could not gain access, but
a phone call to England soon sorted that out. We had maid service
along with the gardener who attended and a man who came to clean the
pool. The only suggestion we could offer is that the villa management
company, locally, their phone number etc. should be advised to alleviate
the need to call England with any problems on arrival. The villa was
beyond our expectations and for this we thank you. A few photographs
were taken and we will be pleased to supply prints if you forward
us an address to which to send copies. This pleasant experience has
led us to make an enquiry of one of your colleagues, Kerry, as to
availability of a villa in Florida next year. We can only thank you
for your help. Best regards. Dr. David Hilder and Miss D. Hamilton-Patterson |

Subject: thank you!
hi larissa,
i just wanted to say hello and to thank you so much for arranging
such a
great holiday in tenerife. we missed the snowstorm that hit new
york while
we were relaxing poolside! i'm not exactly sure what the timelinx/discovery
connection is with arranging travel or holidays, but if you can
arrange a future visit to
return to tenerife (of course i will pay for the accomodations)
please let
me know.there are no tour operators in the states that i can find
who as ever sent
any american to the canaries. my son's godparents own a very busy
travel
agency in new york city, so if you would like their name/address
i would
be more than happy to email the information to you. hopefully, you
can do
some type of business with them that would be mutually beneficial.
once again, thank you for all you've done and your patience,
gary bentler

Subject: fantastic reservation
Dear
Martin,
I would like
to take this oportunity to congratulate Mr Craig Douglas,
yourself and any other Managers/Directors in the reservation department,
on the competence and preformance of your reservation team.
I have
today finialised the booking of my accomadation in Alcudia Mallorca
and would like to commend Helen for all her help and efforts on
my behalf.
The holiday I have booked was not an easy request as my uncle has
Parkinsons disease and is 95% confined to a wheelchair and requires
airport
assistance and a ground floor apartment which has to be a 2 bedroom
but with only 3
persons occupancy. I also required another 2 bedroom apartment for
myself
and my family with 2 small children. As you can imagine this was
not a
straight forward request. However within 48 hours Helen managed
to find
me the exact accomodation I required.
I myself
have worked in marketing for the last 12 years and during this
time have sold numerous products including timeshare, points system
etc., and
whenever possible have tried to use those products myself. On this
occasion I have received excellent service and can only say that
if this is an
example of the services provided by your team I am more than assured
to
know that our clients are receiving the same standard of attention.
I will
be informing my own sales team of the exellent curtisies received
by your staff and will pleased to introduce many more clients to
your system
in the future.
Many
thanks again for all your help especially Helen.
Kindest
regards,
Clare
