Dear Kerry,
Just a little not to say thank you very much for your help in Tuscany.
As you said, Serena and her husband came around that night and were
very helpful. We stayed at the same place but in a different part
of the building, which was what we had more in mind of what we could
get. Please thank them for us, as I understand they were in a very
difficult position, but did all they could to ensure we were O.K,
and he even popped around the next morning. Thanks again for sorting
this out so promptly for us, and we had a great holiday- the postcard
is on the way!

Subject: Our Villa In Florida
Dear Kerry,
I believe you have been speaking to David earlier today when he
was asking you to look for somewhere nice for us to go in October.
I would like to advise you8 of our very recent Holiday to Florida,
arranges by your good self.
The Villa was beyond our expectations, our travelling companions
were very impressed. The furnishing was to a very high standard
/the children were enamoured by the 60 inch television in the sitting
room) and the pool was a great hit. All bedrooms also had a television
with cable channels and one bedroom also had a video. The villa
came complete with all home comforts, including hair dryer, dishwasher,
washing machine and a tumble dryer, and some comforts we do not
have i.e. Jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom. We were advised that
cot for the baby would be supplied, but we were pleased an surprised
to find also a high chair and a play pen. The villa was spotless
upon arrival and the air conditioning was supplied and very necessary.
The owners of the house had certainly thought of everything. The
only fault we could comment (and this is minor) was when we broke
a table, we were still in the dark as to the cost of replacing the
glass when we left some 8 days later. Myself and David would like
to thank you for placing us in such a comfortable villa and the
holiday was certainly enhanced by this.

Honeymoon was fantastic in Mauritius for all you help. Can you look
at the following for me and let me know if anything is available.
Any of the following destinations:- Minorca, Mainland Spain, Isle
of Wight or Cornwall. 2 weeks during august for 2 adult 2 children

I just wanted to thank you for the very excellent service you have
given me over the last few weeks. Not only have you been very kind
and courteous on the phone, you have searched long and hard to get
me the holidays I wanted. I can now look forward not only to a 2
week break in the sun in the peak season of August in Spain, but
also a surprise Anniversary celebration in Paris over the May Bank
Holiday weekend which you have organised. Both holidays have been
tremendous value. I am sure we will enjoy both breaks.
I am really pleased we decided to make the investment in Dreamworks,
and look forward to organising next years holidays with you.
