Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I get “invalid user ID and/or password” whenever I try to log in.
  2. I’m not able to get past the login page, it keeps saying “Access Unauthorised”.
  3. The website does not display properly in my browser.

1. Invalid user ID and/or password

Make sure that you have typed your username in correctly and that you are entering the password in the corect case. Also check that you have selected the correct user type.

2. Unauthorised access

Check to see that you have cookies enabled in your browser, the site will not function corectly without cookies.

3. Site does not display properly

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the site works in as many broser and operating system versions as possible we have chosen to use modern standards compliant XHTML and CSS. This however does mean that the site may not look particularly pretty in older browsers, however it should still work.
