Members’ Competition
Terms & Conditions 2007
- The free prize draw is open for entry by persons with a valid membership to a Timelinx product/service, or to persons who have been entered into the free prize draw through associated Marketing Companies specifically authorized by Timelinx.
- Competition is not open to employees of Timelinx or affiliated companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
- The free prize draw has three sections, British Timelinx members, Euro Timelinx members and the Presentation draw which will be persons who have freely given their valuable time to attend a marketing presentation of Timelinx, products or services.
- The prizes for the three free prize draws will be Dream Holidays to the value of £10,000.00 (ten thousand pounds) or the cash alternative
- Each member’s magazine throughout the year will present a different way of obtaining a free entry into the free prize draw. There are no limits to the amount of entries. Closing date for all entries is 15th December 2007.
- Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the name and likeness and those of his/her companion for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes. Timelinx reserves the right to publish names of competition winners in relation to editorial, advertising and publicity purposes.
- Winner will be notified by telephone within one month of the closing date. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Timelinx will be final.
- Timelinx SA reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition if necessary. The competition prize is not transferable. No substitutions for the prize will be allowed.
- Contestants, by entering agree to be bound by the above rules and regulations.
- The competition prize will be drawn at the beginning of the following year assuming we receive a minimum of one thousand entries, if we do not receive one thousand entries within the year the prize will be carried over to the next year.
